Snack smart this summer! Whether we’re at the beach, the mountains or traveling the world, we take our munchies very seriously. Check out our list of healthy trades you can make to keep that beach bod on point!
Sweet
When you get a craving for something sweet, reach for fresh fruits instead of processed snacks with added sugars. We LOVE a bowl of watermelon to help us beat the heat and stay hydrated!
Salty
Swap the salty, fried chips for fresh sliced veggies and hummus, air-popped popcorn or a handful of nuts. Nuts contain healthy fats and will fill you up without filling you out.
Refreshing
A chilly treat on a tropical getaway can be the best thing ever. When we’re craving a frozen dessert, we stick some grapes in the freezer and voilá! Or, make a smoothie pop by freezing our Signature Smoothie or Berry Pick-Me-Up Smoothie in popsicle molds when it’s hot and you need a sweet somethin’.
