Policies (Charlotte - Myers Park)

Hilliard Studio Method classes require a 3 hour cancellation notice.
All classes require 3-hours notice to cancel. Class can be cancelled online through your account,  on  the app, or by emailing info@hilliardstudiomethod.com. There is no charge for cancellations made on time. Late cancellations will result in the loss of the class from your package or a $30 charge to your credit card on file for the monthly unlimited package.

When you add yourself to the waitlist, we assume you will attend that class if you make it in. You can get into class off the waitlist up to 3 hours prior to class start time. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you will be unable to attend class. No matter what number you are on the waitlist, there is a chance you will make it into class. All classes require 3-hours cancellation notice, so if you are added to the class from the waitlist, be aware that the cancellation policy applies.

  • Please arrive at least five minutes before class starts for an in-person class, otherwise your spot may be forfeited and given to a standby client.
  • Class Packages cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged. Please note the expiration date of the package when purchasing.
  • Class instructors are subject to change at any time without notice.

Every individual is different. We see significant changes in out clients taking Hilliard Studio Method® classes three and four times a week.

Yes, as long as your doctor approves and you are not having any complications. Always, but especially during pregnancy, you should listen to your body, take breaks often, and drink extra water. Your instructor will provide you with the modifications necessary throughout class. Continuing your HSM routine throughout your pregnancy will help lift your mood, improve circulation, increase your energy level, help alleviate back pain, assist in delivery and help you bounce back post-partum.

For women, comfortable form fitting clothing that you feel comfortable moving in. For men, a tee shirt and long workout pants or biker shorts under their regular workout shorts.  This is a barefoot workout, so you don’t need socks or shoes.

We will provide all equipment required for your workout including mats, weights, bands, balls and any other props we might use in class.

We recommend bringing a towel and water!
