WHERE WE ARE LOCATED

Our Winston-Salem location is at 50D Miller Street, next to Salem Kitchen and Mayberry’s! Look for the black awning with our studio’s logo on it. There is plenty of parking right out front.

WHAT TO BRING

We provide any equipment you would need in class like mats, weights, bands, etc.. We also workout barefoot, so don’t worry about your socks or shoes! We recommend bringing water and a small towel.
