Rotator Cuff Exercise
When we hear about the rotator cuff it’s usually not good news! Here’s a simple proactive exercise designed to strengthen and protect the small rotator muscles of the shoulder:
- Choose a hand weight or object that produces resistance without causing any pain to the shoulder joint
- Holding your arm at 90 degrees, open your arm out and in like opening or closing a door, making sure to keep the elbow close to your body
You’ll not only feel the difference as your shoulder muscles strengthen, but see the difference as well! 💪🏼
