In a hotel room without weights? You can always use water bottles, canned beans or anything that provides resistance to feel that burn we love so much.
We believe life is about joie de vivre – and vacation is not the time to make an exception to this rule. If you can’t fit in your regular fitness routine, don’t stress; just stay as active as possible! Get that long walk on the beach in before the kids wake up, or make time for a hike during the day – just be sure to get your booty off that lounge chair!
