At Hilliard Studio Method we start from the inside out by strengthening and isolating the deepest core muscles to create a strong spine, good posture, and flat abdominals with a series of exercises that can lead to relief of chronic pain and a body that is in control, toned and sculpted. Hilliard Studio Method group classes are designed to be taken on a regular, best case daily, basis. Each class is different from the day before, utilizing a variety of powerful movements and workout tools. Classes available at our Myers Park location in Charlotte, NC.
