The American Chemical Society confirmed that drinking 16 oz of water before a meal helped people who were dieting lose 5 more pounds than those who didn’t. Twist some lemon or plop some berries into a couple of glasses of water (still or sparkling) for a bit of flavor. It will help you eat less and feel lighter!
