Hilliard Studio Method

Friends had encouraged me to go to HSM for a couple of years. So, despite my skepticism, I finally decided to give it a try. I walked out of my first class saying, hmmm, it IS as good as everyone says. In the past, I have tried other workouts (spin, barre, personal training, yoga, etc.), but none had me coming back consistently. The classes are challenging, fun, and constantly evolving in a way that cured my boredom with other workouts.
 
The Method is efficient and effective as I began to see results after attending two to three classes a week. Although, sometimes my biggest challenge is just getting to class (along with that dreaded two minute plank), I commit to going and always feel great after. Previously, I suffered lower back and heel pain which limited my exercise options, but both have disappeared. With my shoulders up, back, and down, I am stronger physically and mentally without all the aches and pains.
 

The atmosphere at HSM is friendly and inviting. I always enjoy seeing old friends and making new ones. Many thanks to Liz, Clary, and all the instructors for being so welcoming and inspiring me to push to my edge. I encourage anyone who is hesitant to give it a try. HSM will challenge you and keep you coming back for more.
