Turkey steals the spotlight on Thanksgiving, but we love the sides! Here is a recipe for one of our favorites–Roasted Brussel Sprouts.


Spread out evenly on a baking sheet.

Roast for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Enjoy! you can top with roasted nuts or add a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor.


Rinse, trim stem and remove the outermost layer.

Cut in half.

Toss in olive oil, salt and pepper.
