The Good News:

The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggests that spicing your food with cinnamon may make you feel full longer. It also appears to reduce levels of insulin and research says that eating about a teaspoon of cinnamon a day may help lower cholesterol levels and help to keep blood sugar steady. Chinese medicine and Ayurveda have used the spice for centuries to cure all kinds of ailments such as the common cold, arthritis pain and circulation problems.
