HILLIARD STUDIO METHOD

In 2014 I took my first class at Hilliard Studio Method with my friend Tracy.  I was hooked from my first class!  I am a Hilliard Studio Method (HSM) self-professed groupie and have been regularly attending Hilliard two to three times a week since the end of August. HSM has changed my body, mind and spirit.
Always physically active, I played tennis, ran, took aerobics, worked out with a trainer one to two times a week and even tried Sean T.  I gave up running this summer due to shin splints but continued my workouts with my trainer until I started HSM.

After less than four months at Hilliard, my body looks the way I have always wanted it to look.  The changes are dramatic. It is toned and lean, I have lost inches in all the right places and improved my posture.  I love pushing myself to my edge and seeing my body change. After every class, I feel energized and excited by what my body can do and be!

HSM helped relieve my stress while I was going through a difficult time. I am happy to be a stronger, healthier person – physically, mentally and spiritually.

The HSM trainers are phenomenal.  They are very motivating during class- explaining the technique, what muscle group I am working and checking to be sure I am working safely.  Liz and Clary are fantastic business women, trainers and mentors.  They have created an exercise program that works. BE POWERFUL.
