Six-Ingredient Sweet Potato Avocado Toasties
Take your avocado toast to the next level with these sweet potato toasties! Boasting plenty of vitamins, healthy fats, antioxidants and fiber, they’re sure to keep you satisfied for hours.
Directions:
Slice the sweet potato (the long way) into 1/4-in. slices.
Turn your toaster up to its highest setting and pop a slice in each slot (you may need to do this 2 or 3 times until the sweet potatoes are cooked throughout).
Add the sea salt and garlic powder to the mashed avocado and mix.
When the potatoes are finished toasting, top wth the avocado mix.
Add diced tomato, chia seeds and Tabasco + enjoy!
