Hilliard Studio Method


I am a professional track athlete who has been using The Hilliard Studio Method in preparation for the upcoming athletic season. This year in particular is a special one for me, with it being an Olympic year, HSM has kick started my preparation not only physically but mentally. So far I’ve felt better in my running workouts due to improvements in both my core strength and ankle stability which I have seen in my stride pattern. So far I’ve surpassed where I’ve been in previous seasons and I now look forward to the season ahead. The staff at HSM is super friendly and encouraging and have truly helped me to feel and “be powerful” on each and every visit.
