HILLIARD STUDIO METHOD

I started HSM in about a year and a half ago after a close friend of mine constantly raved about the classes and how her body was definitely changing for the better. I was a little skeptical as to how a workout could really change your body – especially at 40 years old! I tried it and realized it’s more than just a workout. HSM is a full mind and body energizing regimen. Never in my 40 years have I routinely gotten up at 5am to ensure I have my work out done before getting my two girls off to school and then heading to the office myself. As a full time working mom it’s so easy to be “too busy to exercise”. I was in that rut prior to joining HSM. I was staying active but no other exercise programs or classes were so inspiring that I ensured nothing stopped me from going – I would typically find excuses as to why I had to de-prioritize my exercise schedule. Once I found HSM, it was so energizing and motivating that it became my first priority. Each week my husband and I review our home and work calendars and coordinate our schedules so that I make sure I fit in HSM at least 3-4 times each week. I truly feel that HSM is the “me time” I deserve given that the rest of my day is filled with demands from work and family. I love pushing myself through each workout and seeing the progress I’ve made over the last 18 months. I feel so much stronger and leaner and as an added bonus the rewards are visible to others. After turning 40 last year I’ve had more people notice the results and ask me about my exercise “secret” for strong arms and shoulders. I definitely share the HSM secret and have also encouraged them to join. Now with all of the videos, my family vacations are filled with family HSM time first thing in the mornings – husband, kids, aunts, uncles. We’re all loving HSM!
