As a working mom of two little ones, I always find it hard to get to an exercise class as much as I would like. I have been a runner, triathlete and yogi in the past but life is so busy that I was finding it hard to maintain a routine. Hilliard Studio Method Videos on Demand have been my saving grace, my sister-in law Kehler turned me on to them after I noticed how fit and trim she looked after the birth of her second baby. I wake up a little earlier than the family and spend my mornings with the Hilliard ladies, I usually do two of the shorter videos or the 30 minute full body video and then start my day feeling good about myself! My husband noticed an immediate change and so do I. I feel stronger, leaner and have lost inches around my hips and thighs, I am so grateful to be able to work out in my house or when traveling. I cannot wait until life calms down a bit so I can join the studio classes. Until then, I will keep it up with the videos on demand, no more excuses for not getting my workout in!
