HILLIARD STUDIO METHOD

Barely able to do a single pushup or hold a plank for more than 10 seconds, I decided I’d use up my (nearly expired) New Client Special classes and be done. I took class almost every day for two weeks and instead of moving on to yet another workout– I got hooked! In those two short weeks, I saw results that I hadn’t seen with any other type of workout.

I grew up dancing and missed being at the ballet barre and having the body I’d once had. Finally, I’d found a studio that understood the way I wanted my body to be sculpted with long and lean muscles. I was also happy that the workouts didn’t have to come to a halt with my second baby on the way. The instructors were able to offer modifications throughout my entire pregnancy and I bought the Powerful Pregnancy DVD to do at home.

With two children and limited time, I needed a workout that was quick and efficient and HSM is just that! Each class is different and always well planned and organized. The trainers have motivating playlists and encouraging words that keep you pushing yourself a little further. Just when I’m about to take a break, the countdown begins and I’m able to stick with it a little longer. Each move may focus on one particular muscle group, but you quickly realize you’re working your entire body through the whole class.

The HSM mindset carries over into my daily life as well. I’m more aware of the foods I put in my body and I pay closer attention to my posture and core throughout my day. I’m thankful to have found such a clean and inviting place to workout that has caused many positive changes in my life!
