HILLIARD STUDIO METHOD

I started taking classes at HSM about a year and a half ago. When I first started, I was slightly intimidated thinking that someone my age cannot possibly do this kind of workout. I was greeted with such encouragement and positivity that I quickly realized I could work at my own level and would soon be pushed to my edge and grew stronger with each workout.  The instructors and the women around me were so encouraging that I soon started to feel comfortable at Hilliard. When I started going 4 times a week, I started to really see a change in my body and feel stronger every week.  My friends and family started noticing and commenting that they were seeing changes in my body. Mentally and physically I feel stronger and empowered.  HSM is by far the best and most effective work out I have done in many years. Thank you to Liz and all the fabulous instructors who make me feel good every time I walk through the door.
