Sara is originally from Raleigh, NC and moved to Charlotte in 2008 to attend UNC Charlotte. Upon graduating, she worked for a private bank where she met her now husband. Throughout her entire life, fitness has always been a priority. Spending time in the gym was one thing she looked forward to everyday while working a corporate job.

Her passion for health really began in 2014 and around the same time was introduced to Hilliard Studio Method. The energy of the studio, the strong workout and “Be Powerful” motto was exactly what she was looking for. Spending years with an internal burning passion for health and wellness, Sara made a big shift in her career by leaving her corporate job to pursue her health and wellness business full time. She now works with clients to help them lead a healthier lifestyle starting from within.

Through career changes, getting married, having a baby, and now becoming an instructor, HSM is truly a part of my life! My favorite part of teaching a class is watching the determination and strength each person has throughout the entire 50 minutes. It truly inspires me and is the kind of stuff I live for!”
