Liz Corsig was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. She first attended Hilliard Studio Method in 2016 when she was junior in high school after a friend insisted that she give it a try. As a pre-professional ballet dancer at Charlotte Ballet, Liz thought any workout with a barre would be easy for her. She was quickly proven incorrect, and she instantly fell in love with the challenge and consistency of the workout. The infectious, positive energy she felt in the studio drew her back to class the very next day.

Liz continued HSM throughout high school and college, as it provided the best possible cross-training regimen for ballet. She graduated from Indiana University with a B.S in Ballet and minors in public policy and social work in May 2021. After moving back to Charlotte, Liz began working in public policy remotely out of Washington, DC. She knew it would be the perfect time to embark on her long-time goal of becoming a trainer. Liz is so excited to have the opportunity to remain connected to her love of exercise and health. Hilliard Studio Method has had a positive impact on Liz’s self-confidence, along with her mental and physical health and she is grateful to get to share that with others.
