Rotator Cuff Exercise

When we hear about the rotator cuff it’s usually not good news! Here’s a simple proactive exercise designed to strengthen and protect the small rotator muscles of the shoulder:

  1. Choose a hand weight or object that produces resistance without causing any pain to the shoulder joint
  2. Holding your arm at 90 degrees, open your arm out and in like opening or closing a door, making sure to keep the elbow close to your body

You’ll not only feel the difference as your shoulder muscles strengthen, but see the difference as well! 💪🏼
