Meghan, a Pennsylvania native, grew up in an active family where health and fitness were always a priority.  Growing up she ran track, played field hockey and lacrosse, and was a cheerleader and dancer.  She moved to Charlotte in 2006 as a retail buyer, and after having her first child, knew she wanted a more flexible job. She started a career as an indoor cycle and barre instructor in 2012 and also earned her certification as a personal trainer.  She strongly believes her ability to continue to teach throughout her second and third pregnancies led to easier deliveries and recoveries, and especially loves to work with pregnant clients.

Meghan is thrilled to continue her teaching career at Hilliard Studio Method and brings a fresh approach to the method.  Her classes strongly relate to a curated playlist that almost make you forget just how hard you’re working.  She will push you to your edge but also leave you smiling and confident.  When not in the studio teaching or taking classes, you can find her running carpool with her busy, 3 children, or walking the beautiful neighborhood streets of Eastover with her dogs.
