Meg ran cross country and track competitively for six years before her knees took too much of a pounding and she had to end her running career. “Those years tricked my brain into thinking the only way to stay in shape was to run, run, run,” she says. Meg gave other barre and yoga classes a whirl, but thirsted for a more challenging workout. When she came to HSM she says, “I knew after the first 20 minutes that this was the answer. I got my heart rate up, my limbs were shaking and I saw results that I had never seen before … quickly.”
Six months after starting class, Meg trained to teach Hilliard Studio Method®. Meg is motivating, precise and always teaches a challenging class! In addition to HSM, Meg works full time for an investment firm. When she’s not working, you’ll find her cheering for the Panthers, Tar Heels and Wofford Terriers!
